The Board of Supervisors of the Greyhawk Landing Community Development District will hold its regular meetings for Fiscal Year 2025/2026 at the Greyhawk Landing Clubhouse located at 12350 Mulberry Avenue, Bradenton, FL 34212. The meetings will convene at 6:00 p.m. on the dates shown below (*with the exception of the August 19, 2026 meeting which will be held at 5:30 p.m.):

The meetings will be open to the public and will be conducted in accordance with the provisions of Florida law for community development districts. The meetings may be continued in progress without additional published notice to a time, date and location stated on the record at the meeting.

A copy of the agenda may be obtained at the office of the District Manager, Rizzetta & Company, Inc., located at 9530 Marketplace Road, Suite 206, Fort Myers, Florida 33912, (239) 936-0913, during normal business hours.

There may be occasions when one or more Supervisors will participate by telephone.

Pursuant to provisions of the Americans with Disabilities Act, any person requiring special accommodations to participate in this meeting is asked to advise the District Office at least forty-eight (48) hours before the meeting by contacting the District Manager at (239) 936-0913. If you are hearing or speech impaired, please contact the Florida Relay Service at 7-1-1, who can aid you in contacting the District Office.

A person who decides to appeal any decision made at the meeting with respect to any matter considered at the meeting is advised that person will need a record of the proceedings and that accordingly, the person may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made including the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be based.
