NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Final Judgment and/or Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale, entered in Case No. 2024 CA 006246 NC of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit, in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein NewRez LLC d/b/a Shellpoint Mortgage Servicing is the Plaintiff and Sumner T. Mullins; Unknown Spouse of Sumner T. Mullins are the Defendants, that Karen Rushing, Sarasota County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at, www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, beginning at 09:00 AM on the 18th day of November, 2025, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
BEGINNING AT THE CENTER OF SECTION 21, TOWNSHIP 36 SOUTH, RANGE 18 EAST, SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA; THENCE RUNNING EASTERLY 1017 FEET; THENCE SOUTH 290 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING; THENCE EAST, A DISTANCE OF 90 FEET; THENCE SOUTH, A DISTANCE OF 100 FEET; THENCE WEST A DISTANCE OF 90 FEET; THENCE NORTH A DISTANCE OF 100 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING. TOGETHER WITH A RIGHT-OF-WAY OVER THE ROAD ADJOINING THE ABOVE DESCRIBED PROPERTY ON THE EAST.
