NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Final Judgment and/or Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale, entered in Case No. 2025 CA 001220 NC of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit, in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein Gitsit Solutions, LLC f/k/a Kondaur Capital Corporation is the Plaintiff and Shane B. Karl a/k/a Shane Karl; Barbara C. Aguiar a/k/a Barbara M. Aguiar a/k/a Barbara C. Karl a/k/a Barbara Karl; PCA Acquisitions V LLC; Keybank, N.A. a/k/a Key Bank, N.A.; First Horizon Bank f/k/a First Tennessee Bank National Association, successor by merger to First Horizon Home Loan Corporation; United States of America on behalf of the Secretary of Housing and Urban Development are the Defendants, that Karen Rushing, Sarasota County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at, www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, beginning at 09:00 AM on the 22nd day of October, 2025, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 18, BLOCK 402, 10TH ADDITION TO PORT CHARLOTTE SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 12, PAGES 22, 22A THROUGH 22M, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
