NOTICE OF ISSUANCE OF
CONDITIONAL SITE REHABILITATION COMPLETION ORDER (CSRCO)

The Hillsborough County Environmental Protection Commission (HCEPC) gives notice of the issuance of Conditional Site Rehabilitation Completion Order (CSRCO) (Order) for the contaminated site known as Former Pitch Pine Lumber Brownfield Site, 1607 North 43rd Street, Tampa, FL 33605 Brownfield Site BF291703001 / ERIC_3871 (Site). The Order confirms that HCEPC has approved the rehabilitation of the Site, and that the Site meets the requirements of Chapter 62-780, FAC, for closure.

The files associated with these orders are available for public inspection during normal business hours 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, except legal holidays at HCEPC, 3629 Queen Palm Drive, Tampa, FL 33619, attention: Allison Amram, or online at http://depedms.dep.state.fl.us/Oculus/servlet/login, Facility identification: ERIC_3871.

A person whose substantial interests are affected by the Commission’s action may petition for an administrative proceeding (hearing) in accordance with Sections 120.569 and 120.57, FS. The petition must be received by the Agency Clerk, Legal Department of the Commission at 3629 Queen Palm Dr., Tampa, Florida 33619 or via electronic mail at [email protected], within 21 days of the publication of this notice.

The failure of any person to file a petition for an administrative hearing within the appropriate time period shall constitute a waiver of that person’s right to request an administrative determination (hearing) under Sections 120.569 and 120.57, FS.
