NOTICE OF WORKSHOP

Waterleaf Community Development District will hold a Workshop on Wednesday, October 8, 2025 at 11:00 a.m. EST at the Riverview Public Library, Room 109 B, 9951 Balm Riverview Rd, Riverview, FL 33569.

The purpose of the workshop is to discuss general business items and the amenity policies. The workshop is open to the public and will be conducted in accordance with standard statutory guidelines. The Board of Supervisors will not take any action at this workshop.

A copy of the agenda may be obtained from District Manager Richard McGrath via email at [email protected], phone (813) 344-4844, during normal business hours, or from the District’s website at www.waterleafcdd.org.
