NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 12, 2025, and entered in 24-CA-005365 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein WILMINGTON SAVINGS FUND SOCIETY, FSB, NOT IN ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY BUT SOLELY AS OWNER TRUSTEE OF CSMC 2021-RPL3 TRUST is the Plaintiff and JERMELEO CHESTNUT; LAURA WILLIS; UNKNOWN HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES, AND ALL OTHER PARTIES CLAIMING AN INTEREST BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST GENIETHA CHESTNUT, DECEASED; MARIAH CHESTNUT; STATE OF FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE; REBECCA ABRAHAM; CLERK OF COURT OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA are the Defendant(s).
