NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 16th day of September, 2025, and entered in Case No. 25-CA-001616, of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein Freedom Mortgage Corporation is the Plaintiff and GREGORY PAGE A/K/A GREGORY TYRON PAGE, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF GREGORY PAGE A/K/A GREGORY TYRON PAGE, CITY OF CAPE CORAL, FLORIDA AND HPA BORROWER 2017-1 ML LLC, A DELAWARE LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY are defendants. Kevin C. Karnes as the Clerk of the Circuit Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at

Lots 41 and 42, Block 1157, CAPE CORAL, UNIT 20 PART 1, a subdivision, according to the plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 17, Pages 101 through 108, of the Public Records of Lee County, Florida.
