NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that under a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 16, 2025, entered in Case No. 24-CA-007715 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida wherein J.A. MIA INVESTMENTS LLC, a Florida limited liability company is Plaintiff and JOSE C. CARLOS MONTOYA, YAMILET CARMENATES MARTINEZ, UNITED STATES OF AMERICA ACTING ON BEHALF OF THE SECRETARY OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT, its successors and assigns, and UNKNOWN TENANT(S) are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com, the Clerkâs website for on-line auctions at 9:00 A.M., on October 16, 2025, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure, to wit:
Lots 1 and 38, Block 16, LEHIGH ACRES, UNIT 5, Section 23, Township 45 South, Range 27 East, according to plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 20, Page 25, of the Public Records of Lee County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim in accordance with Florida Statutes, Section 45.031.
