Sanibel Congregational United Church
of Christ (SCUCC) invite licensed general contractors to submit their Sealed Bid for a Repair Contract of SCUCC Lower-Level Renovations at the church property located at 2050 Periwinkle Way, Sanibel, FL 33957.
The Bid Due date is Monday, October 20, 2025, at 2:00 PM Eastern Time at the 2nd Floor Church Office, Sanibel Congregational Unified Church of Christ, 2050 Periwinkle Way, Sanibel FL 33957. A project site walkthrough is scheduled for Monday, October 06, 2025, at 10:00 AM. The solicitation documents and instructions may be requested by emailing [email protected]. This project may receive reimbursement in part with FEMA Public Assistance federal funds.
SCUCC plans to renovate the lower level of the church facility as a result of damage sustained by Hurricane Ian. Project is approximately 5,380 square feet (enclosed area of Lower-Level Floor Plan). The existing space has been remediated for flood damage in 2022. Scope of work includes but it not limited to removal of all interior finish materials and mechanical/electrical/plumbing (MEP) fixtures and equipment. Replacement architectural finishes and MEP fixtures and equipment are intended to be of Flood Damage Resistant Materials, Installation, and Workmanship. Refer to the dated BID SET project drawings for scope requirements.
