The project involves conversion of existing warehouse building, which consists of renovations and adaptive reuse of two existing warehouse structures. Scopes will include, but are not limited to sitework, concrete & masonry, demolition, landscaping and irrigation, fencing, structural steel, railing, millwork, storefront, finishes, MEP&F, etc.
