YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action to enforce and foreclose a Claim of Lien for homeowners assessments and to foreclose any claims which are inferior to the right, title and interest of the Plaintiff, SUN KETCH I CONDOMINIUM, INC., herein in the following described property:
Unit 10, Building 4, of SUN KETCH I, a Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Records Book 6081, Page 1422, and re-recorded in Official Records Book 6082, Page 484, and Amendment adding Phase No. 1 to the Declaration recorded in Official Records Book 6081, Page 1501, and re-recorded in Official Records Book 6082, Page 563, and all subsequent amendments thereto, together with its undivided share in the common elements, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida. With the following street address: 230 Nautilus Way, Treasure Island, Florida, 33706
has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, on Stephan C. Nikoloff, Esquire, of Greenberg Nikoloff, P.A., whose address is 1964 Bayshore Blvd., Dunedin, FL, 34698, on or before a date which is within thirty (30) days after the first publication of this Notice in the Business Observer, and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on Plaintiff’s attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
