UNIT 525, NEW ATLANTIS CLUB CONDOMINIUM, A CONDOMINIUM, and an undivided interest or share in the common elements appurtenant thereto, in accordance and subject to the easements, restrictions, conditions, covenants and other provisions of the Declaration of Condominium, as recorded in O.R. Book 5109, Pages 390 through 469, inclusive, and any amendments thereto, and the Condominium plat thereof as recorded in Condominium Plat Book 46, Pages 1 through 13, inclusive, and any amendments thereto, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.

A Lawsuit has been filed against you in Pinellas County Court, NEW ATLANTIS CLUB CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC., v ALEXANDER KINDIUK, and LESYA KINDIUK, and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, on or before 30 days after the first publication of this Notice of Action, on Rabin Parker Gurley, P.A., Plaintiff’s Attorney, whose address is 2653 McCormick Drive, Clearwater, Florida 33759, and file the original with this Court either before service on Plaintiff’s attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
This notice shall be published once each week for two consecutive weeks in The Business Observer.
