NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Final Judgment and/or Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale, entered in Case No. 25-000405-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit, in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein HSBC Bank USA, National Association as Trustee for Nomura Asset Acceptance Corporation, Alternative Loan Trust, Series 2007-1, Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2007-1 is the Plaintiff and Carmen Castro a/k/a Carmen Victoria Castro; Marcelo Rafaniello a/k/a Marcelo Fabian Rafaniello; United States of America on behalf of the Small Business Administration ; Lakewood Estates Civic Association, Inc. are the Defendants, that Ken Burke, Pinellas County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at, www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 AM on the 5th day of November, 2025, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 35, BLOCK 97, LAKEWOOD ESTATES SECTION “D”, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 7, PAGE 29, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
