NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment dated February 26, 2026 entered in Civil Case No. 2025 10427 CICI in the Circuit Court of the 7th Judicial Circuit in and for Volusia County, Florida, wherein WILMINGTON SAVINGS FUND SOCIETY, FSB, NOT INDIVIDUALLY BUT SOLELY AS TRUSTEE FOR MILL CITY MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST 2023-NQM2, Plaintiff and MARLENE B. ALFONSO, TRUSTEE OF THE GONZALEZ FAMILY REVOCABLE LIVING TRUST, DATED AUGUST 16, 2016, AS AMENDED; MARLENE B. ALFONSO; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF MARLENE B. ALFONSO N/K/A PABLO GONZALEZ; FOUNDATION FINANCE COMPANY LLC; RT SOLO 401K TRUST; TRUSTEE OF THE RT SOLO 401K TRUST, are defendants, Laura E.
