NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Amended Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 26th day of March 2026, and entered in Case No: 2025-CA-008843-O, of the Circuit Court of the 9TH Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE LLC, is the Plaintiff and AVINASH PERSAUD; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF AVINASH PERSAUD; GRANT STREET TOWNHOMES ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 AND UNKNOWN TENANT #2 are defendants. Tifffany Moore Russell the Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, the Clerk’s website for on-line auctions at, 11:00 a.m. on the 28th day of April 2026, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
