NOTICE OF SALE PURSUANT TO CHAPTER 45 IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to the Consent Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure and for Other Relief dated March 17, 2026, issued in and for Charlotte County, Florida, in Case No. 25000103CA, wherein CWS INVESTMENTS, INC. is the Plaintiff, and GOLD INVESTOR LLC, A NEVADA LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY, SOUTH GULF COVE HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC., UNKNOWN TENANT #1 N/K/A PAROLLA CARVALNO and UNKNOWN TENANT #2 N/K/A EDWARD BRITO are the Defendants.
