NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered January 27, 2026 in Civil Case No. 23003130CA of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH JUDICIAL CIRCUIT in and for Charlotte County, Punta Gorda, Florida, wherein PENNYMAC LOAN SERVICES, LLC is Plaintiff and Connie J. Cavaleri a/k/a Connie Cavaleri a/k/a Connie Hoffner a/k/a Connie Joy Cavaleri a/k/a Connie Joy Hoffner a/k/a Connie Joy Sloan a/k/a Connie Joy Sloan, et al., are Defendants, the Clerk of Court, Roger D. Eaton, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.charlotte.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 22nd day of April, 2026 at 11:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
Lot 21, Block 1714, Port Charlotte Subdivision Section 52, according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 5, Pages 66A through 66F, of the Public Records of Charlotte County, Florida.
