Plaintiff, v.
SHELLY GUAY; AND ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANTS WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; and UNKNOWN TENANTS #1 and #2, the name being fictitious to account for parties in possession,
Defendants.
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment dated March 16, 2025 and entered in Case No. 25-1074-CA of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Charlotte County, Florida, wherein CHARLOTTE COUNTY HABITAT FOR HUMANITY, INC., a Florida not-for-profit corporation, is the Plaintiff; and the above-named parties are the Defendants.
The Clerk shall sell the property at public sale to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.charlotte.realforeclose.com at 11:00 a.m. on the 15th day of May, 2026, the following described properties as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 20, Block 3832, Port Charlotte Subdivision Section Seventy Two, according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 6, Page 28A, Public Records of Charlotte County, Florida.
IF YOU ARE A SUBORDINATE LIENHOLDER CLAIMING A RIGHT TO FUNDS REMAINING AFTER THE SALE, YOU MUST FILE A CLAIM WITH THE CLERK NO LATER THAN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE. IF YOU FAIL TO FILE A CLAIM, YOU WILL NOT BE ENTITLED TO ANY REMAINING FUNDS.
