NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered December 23, 2025 in Civil Case No. 24-001823-CA of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH JUDICIAL CIRCUIT in and for Charlotte County, Punta Gorda, Florida, wherein ABL RPC RESIDENTIAL CREDIT ACQUISITION LLC is Plaintiff and South Point Homes of SW Florida, LLC a/k/a South Point Homes of SW FL, LLC, et al., are Defendants, the Clerk of Court, Roger D. Eaton, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.charlotte.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 20th day of April\, 2026 at 11:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
