NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to a Final Judgment in Foreclosure entered on March 18, 2026 and entered in Case No. 25000524CA in the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Charlotte County, Florida, wherein RACHEL ELGERSMA AND TYLER ELGERSMA, are the Defendants. The Clerk of the Court, ROGER D. EATON, will sell to the highest bidder for cash at https://www.charlotte.realforeclose.com on August 17, 2026 at 11:00am, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 28, BLOCK 2298, PORT CHARLOTTE SUBDIVISION, SECTION 20, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 5, PAGES 10A-10F, PUBLIC RECORDS OF CHARLOTTE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
and commonly known as: 23171 MCNAMEE AVE, PORT CHARLOTTE, FL 33980 (the “Property”).
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
