NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the Final Judgment for Lien Foreclosure dated March 23, 2026, and entered in Case No. 2025CC003355 of the County Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, the Clerk of the Court, Angelina Colonneso, will publicly sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.manatee.realforeclose.com beginning at 11:00 AM on April 29, 2026, the following described property:
UNIT NO. 2-C, TARA PLANTATION GARDENS, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 1432, PAGE 3375 THROUGH 3467, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim before the Clerk of the Court reports the surplus as unclaimed.
