Foreclosure dated March 24, 2026, and entered in Case No. 2025CC004244 of the County Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, the Clerk of the Court, Angelina Colonneso, will publicly sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.manatee.realforeclose.com beginning at 11:00 AM on April 28, 2026, the following described property:
LOT 23, TARA PHASE I, UNIT 4, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 27, PAGES 22 THROUGH 24, PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim before the Clerk of the Court reports the surplus as unclaimed.
