NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on March 27, 2026, in the case styled as HABITAT FOR HUMANITY OF COLLIER COUNTY, INC, a Florida nonprofit corporation v. ELIA MELISSA FRANCISCO, Case No. 2025-CA-000667, in the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida and as required by Florida Status 45.031(2), CRYSTAL K.
