Unit Week (s) No. (s), 16, in Condominium Parcel Number 9, of Gulf Pointe, a Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium and exhibits thereof, as recorded in Official Records Book 959 at Pages 1957 through 2017, inclusive, in the Public Records of Collier County, Florida, and all amendments thereto, if any.
You are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to this action on the Plaintiff’s attorney, Todd B.
