NOTICE OF RESCHEDULED MEETING

The Board of Supervisors (the “Board”) of the DG Farms Community Development District (the “District”) hereby gives notice that its regular meeting originally scheduled for Monday, April 13, 2026, has been rescheduled to be held on Monday, April 20, 2026, at 6:00 p.m. at the Holiday Inn Express & Suites, 226 Teco Road, Ruskin, Florida 33570.

The meeting is open to the public and will be conducted in accordance with provisions of Florida law for community development districts. A copy of the agenda for the meeting will be available on the District’s website: https://www.dgfarmscdd.org/. The meeting may be continued to a date, time, and place to be specified on the record at the meeting.

There may be occasions when one or more Supervisors will participate by telephone. At the above location will be present a speaker telephone so that any Board Supervisor or Staff Member can attend the meeting at the above location and be fully informed of the discussions taking place either in person or by telephone communication.
