The action is asking the court to decide how the following real or personal property should be divided: 1) a Bank of America Checking Account, 2) real property located at 4229 SE 19th Place, Apt 1F, Cape Coral, FL 33904 with the legal description of Unit 1-F of Commodore II Condominium, a Condominium according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof, recorded in Official· Records Book 1241, Page(s) 1548, of the Public Records of Lee County, Florida, and any amendments thereto, together with its undivided share in the common elements, 3) a 2018 Honda CRV, and 4) Home Furnishings located at 4229 SE 19th Place, Apt 1F, Cape Coral, FL 33904.
