Condominium Parcel designated as Unit No. 109 of Westchester, according to the Declaration thereof dated May 1, 1971, and recorded March 25, 1972, in Official Record Book 793, Page 562, etc. of the Public Records of Lee County, Florida, together with all of the appurtenances thereto, all according to said declaration of condominium.
