COMES NOW, the Plaintiff, PALMETTO POINT ASSOCIATION, INC., a Florida not for profit corporation, by and through the undersigned attorney, and hereby gives notice that a civil action has been instituted on the above action, and is now pending in the Circuit Court of the State of Florida, County of Lee, on November 20th 2025. Case No: 2025-CA-6387
1. This is an action for injunctive relief.
2. Defendants are the fee simple owner of the following described real property:
Lot 13, Palmetto Point, according to plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 29, Page 21, Public Records of Lee County, Florida.

More commonly known as 6811 Danah Ct., Fort Myers, Florida 33908 (“subject property”).
You are required to serve an Answer to this action upon: RICHARD M. RICCIARDI, JR., ESQUIRE of YOUR ADVOCATES, P.A., Plaintiff’s attorney, who address is 2050 McGregor Blvd., Fort Myers, FL 33901, on or before May 6, 2026, and file the original with the clerk of this court at Lee County Justice Center, 1700 Monroe Street, Fort Myers, Florida 33901, either before service on Plaintiff’s attorney or immediately thereafter.
You must keep the Clerk of the Circuit Court’s office notified of you current address. Future papers in this lawsuit will be mailed to the address on record at the clerk’s office.
