NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 26, 2026, in the Twentieth Circuit Court in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein ADAM MONEY is the Plaintiff, and granted against the Defendants, TEN PALMS PROPERTIES, LLC; BOLD AND BRAVE LENDING LLC, UNKNOWN TENANT I, and UNKNOWN TENANT II, in Case No. 2025-CA-005238, the Clerk of this Court, Kevin C. Karnes, will at 9:00 a.m. on April 23, 2026, offer for sale and sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Section 45.031, Florida Statutes, the real property situate and being in Lee County, Florida more particularly described as:
Lots 43 and 44, Block 4485, Cape Coral Unit 63, according to the map or plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 21, Pages 48 through 81, inclusive, of the Public Records of Lee County, Florida.
Commonly known as: 818 SW 8th Court, Cape Coral, FL 33991.
Said sale will be made pursuant to and in order to satisfy the terms of said Final Judgment of Foreclosure.
IF YOU ARE A PERSON CLAIMING A RIGHT TO FUNDS REMAINING AFTER THE SALE, YOU MUST FILE A CLAIM WITH THE CLERK NO LATER THAN THE DATE THAT THE CLERK REPORTS THE FUNDS AS UNCLAIMED. IF YOU FAIL TO FILE A CLAIM, YOU WILL NOT BE ENTITLED TO ANY REMAINING FUNDS. AFTER THE FUNDS ARE REPORTED AS UNCLAIMED, ONLY THE OWNER OF RECORD AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MAY CLAIM THE SURPLUS.
