LORI C. COVERT, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF LORI C. COVERT and UNKNOWN TENANTS IN POSSESSION,

NOTICE IS GIVEN that pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed on the 30th day of March 2026, in Civil Action No. 2025-CA-003634, of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, in which LORI C. COVERT, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF LORI C. COVERT and UNKNOWN TENANTS IN POSSESSION, are the Defendants, SANIBEL CAPTIVA COMMUNITY BANK, a Florida Banking Corporation, is the Plaintiff, Kevin C. Karnes, Clerk of Court, Lee County will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash on the 4th of June, 2026 at 9:00 a.m. by electronic sale at www.lee.realforeclose.com, the following described real property set forth in the Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure in Lee County, Florida:
Exhibit “A”:
A tract or parcel of land lying in Government Lot 7, Section 2, Township 46 South, Range 21 East, Captiva Island, Lee County, Florida, which tract or parcel is described as follows:
From the intersection of the Northeasterly line of Sanibel-Captiva Road (50 feet wide) with a line parallel with and 4,440 feet south of the North line of Government Lot 3, Section 3, run South 89 degrees 42 minutes 20 seconds East along said parallel line for 456.78 feet to the Point of Beginning. From said Point of Beginning run South 00 degrees 17 minutes 40 seconds West for 100 feet; thence run North 89 degrees 42 minutes 20 seconds West for 435.00 feet to an intersection with the Northeasterly line of said Sanibel-Captiva Road; thence run South 12 degrees 00 minutes 38 seconds East along said Northeasterly line for 102.35 feet to an intersection with a line parallel with and 4,640 feet South of said North line of Government Lot 3, Section 3; thence run South 89 degrees 42 minutes 20 seconds East along said parallel line to the Mean High Water Line of Blind Pass; thence run Northerly along said Mean High Water Line to an intersection with a line bearing South 89 degrees 42 minutes 20 seconds East passing through the Point of Beginning; thence run North 89 degrees 42 minutes 20 seconds West to the Point of Beginning.
Bearings hereinabove mentioned are based on Deed recorded in Official Records Book 1044, page 463, of the Public Records of Lee County, Florida.
TOGETHER WITH a non-exclusive Walkway Easement over the South four (4) feet of the lands described in the attached Exhibit “B” and a non-exclusive easement for waterline purposes over the North five (5) feet of the lands described in the attached Exhibit “C”.

A tract or parcel of land lying in Government Lot 7, Section 2 and Government Lot 4, Section 3, in Township 46 South, Range 21 East, Captiva Island, Lee County,
Florida, which tract or parcel is described as follows:
Beginning at the intersection of the Southwesterly line of Sanibel-Captiva Road (50 feet wide) with a line parallel with and 4,440 feet south of the North line of Government Lot 3, Section 3; run South 12 degrees 00 minutes 38 seconds East along said Southwesterly line for 307.05 feet to an intersection with a line parallel with and 4,740 feet South of said North line of Government Lot 3, Section 3; thence
run North 89 degrees 42 minutes 20 seconds West along said parallel line to the Mean High Water Line of the Gulf of Mexico; thence run Northwesterly along said Mean High Water Line to an intersection with a line bearing North 89 degrees 42 minutes 20 seconds West passing through the Point of Beginning; thence run South 89 degrees 42 minutes 20 seconds East along said line to the Point of Beginning.

Beginning at the intersection of the Northeasterly line of Sanibel-Captiva Road (50 feet wide) with a line parallel with and 4,440 feet South of the North line of Government Lot 3, Section 3, run South 89 degrees 42 minutes 20 seconds East along said parallel line for 456.78 feet; thence run South 00 degrees 17 minutes 40 seconds West perpendicular to said parallel line for 100.00 feet; thence run North 89 degrees 42 minutes 20 seconds West for 435.00 feet to an intersection with said Northeasterly line of Sanibel-Captiva Road; thence run North 12 degrees 00 minutes 38 seconds West along said Northeasterly line for 102.35 feet to the Point of
Beginning.

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim in accordance with Florida Statutes, Section 45.031.
