NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Final Judgment and/or Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale, entered in Case No. 362025CA004508A001CH of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit, in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein PennyMac Loan Services, LLC is the Plaintiff and Erin Ann Williams a/k/a Erin A. Williams; Country Pines of North Fort Myers Condominium Association, Inc. are the Defendants, that I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at, www.lee.realforeclose.com, beginning at 9:00 AM on the May 7, 2026, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT NO. 501, OF COUNTRY PINES, A CONDOMINIUM, PHASE II, ALL AS SET FORTH IN THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM AND THE EXHIBITS ATTACHED THERETO AND FORMING A PART THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 1639, PAGE 2179 THROUGH 2240, INCLUSIVE, AND ALL AMENDMENTS THERETO, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA. THE ABOVE DESCRIPTION INCLUDES, BUT IS NOT LIMITED TO, ALL APPURTENANCES TO THE CONDOMINIUM UNIT ABOVE DESCRIBED, INCLUDING THE UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS OF SAID CONDOMINIUM.
