Unit Week No. 33, in Condominium Parcel No. 203, of CASA YBEL BEACH AND RACQUET CLUB, PHASE G, a condominium, together with an undivided interest in the common elements appurtenant thereto, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof recorded in Official Records Book 1478, Page 2171, in the Public Records of Lee County, Florida.
A/K/A UNIT 203G, WEEK 33
pursuant to the Final Judgment of Lien Foreclosure entered in a case pending in said Court in the above-styled cause.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim in accordance with Florida Statutes, Section 45.031.
