WILLIAMS, BRYCE JONES LAMB, JENNIFER WILLIAMS, AS TRUSTEE OF THE 203 CHIQUITA BLVD TRUST DATED JULY 29, 2024, LVNV FUNDING LLC, UNITED STATES OF AMERICA ON BEHALF OF THE SECRETARY OF THE U.S. DEPARTMENT OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT, and CITY OF CAPE CORAL, FLORIDAare Defendants, the Office of Kevin C. Karnes, Lee County Clerk of the Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash beginning at 9:00 a.m. on-line at www.lee.realforeclose.com on the 21st day of May, 2026, in accordance with Section 45.031, Florida Statutes, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:

together with all existing or subsequently erected or affixed buildings, improvements and fixtures.
