NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on March 31, 2026, in Case No. 25-CA-005049 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit, in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein NEXUS NOVA LLC is Plaintiff, and CHRISTINE H. HARDER, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF CHRISTINE H. HARDER, and PINE LAKES ESTATES HOMEOWNERS’ ASSOCIATION, INC are Defendants, the Office of Kevin C. Karnes, Lee County Clerk of the Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash beginning at 9:00 a.m. on-line at www.lee.realforeclose.com on the 21st day of May, 2026, in accordance with Section 45.031, Florida Statutes, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
