NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 30th day of March, 2026, and entered in Case No. 23-CA-006531 , of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein Freedom Mortgage Corporation is the Plaintiff and CAROL A. COOK AND UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY NKA CHERYL GARRISON are defendants. Kevin C. Karnes as the Clerk of the Circuit Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com at 9:00 A.M. on the 14th day of May, 2026, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOTS 33 AND 34, BLOCK 3586, CAPE CORAL UNIT 46, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 17, PAGE(S) 118 THROUGH 129, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
IF YOU ARE A PERSON CLAIMING A RIGHT TO FUNDS REMAINING AFTER THE SALE, YOU MUST FILE A CLAIM WITH THE CLERK NO LATER THAN THE DATE THAT THE CLERK REPORTS THE FUNDS AS UNCLAIMED. IF YOU FAIL TO FILE A CLAIM, YOU WILL NOT BE ENTITLED TO ANY REMAINING FUNDS.
