Application for acknowledgment of name change on water Certificate No. 354-W and wastewater Certificate No. 310-S in Lee County from Useppa Island Utility, Inc. to Useppa Island Utilities Company, Inc., and;

Joint application for transfer of water and wastewater facilities, water Certificate No. 354-W and wastewater certificate No. 310-S of Useppa Island Utilities Company, Inc. to UIP Utilities Company, LLC in Lee County.

Notice is hereby given that that the company previously known in the record as Useppa Island Utilities, Inc., Useppa Island Utility, Inc., Useppa Utility Company, Inc., and Useppa Island Utilities Co., Inc., will now utilize its correct legal name and be known as Useppa Island Utilities Company, Inc. in Lee County, Florida, pursuant to Section 367.1214, Florida Statues, and Florida Administrative Code Rule 25-30.039 (Florida Public Service Commission Docket No. 20260029-WS) ;

UIP Utilities Company, LLC has filed an Application for Authorization to Transfer the Certificates of Authorization and facilities composing the water and wastewater systems of Useppa Island Utilities Company, Inc. in Lee County, Florida, pursuant to Section 367.071, Florida Statutes, and Florida Administrative Code Rule 25-30.037 (Florida Public Service Commission Docket No. 20250146-WS).

UIP Utilities Company, LLC and Useppa Island Utilities Company, Inc. are not requesting a change to rates, classifications, charges, or rules and regulations in connection with these proceedings. Therefore, your current rates will not be affected by this name change and transfer. Useppa Island Utilities Company, Inc. currently provides water and wastewater services to the following described service territory in Lee County, Florida, commonly known as Useppa Island:

Township 44 South, Range 21 East, Section 9
