NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 5, 2026, and entered in Case No. 23-007323-CO of the County Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, the Clerk of this Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 A.M. on the 23rd day of April, 2026, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure as to Count I of the Complaint, to-wit:
Unit D-1, Building No. 528 of PINE RIDGE AT PALM HARBOR III, PHASE X, a Condominium according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof recorded in Official Records Book 5633, page 2093, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, and all amendments thereto, together with an undivided share in the common elements. also known as 2523 Pine Ridge Way S. Unit D-1, Palm Harbor, FL 34684.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN SIXTY (60) DAYS AFTER THE SALE. SEE FLORIDA STATUTE 45.031(2)(f).
