NOTICE is hereby given that, pursuant to the Default Final Judgment entered on March 20, 2026, in the above-referenced case pending in the County Court in the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, the Clerk of Circuit Court, whose name is Ken Burke, CPA (the “Clerk”), will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via electronic sale beginning at 10:00 AM on April 30, 2026, at https://www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, the following described property:
Lot 837, Block 1, PALM HILL MOBILE HOME PARK, a Mobile Home Cooperative according to Exhibit “B” (Plot Plan) of the Master Form Proprietary Lease recorded in Official Records Book 6384, Page 1015, as amended from time to time, all in the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, together with all exhibits and amendments thereto (the “Unit”);
TOGETHER WITH their Membership Certificate Number 4594 issued by the Cooperative to William E. Gregor and Janet L. Moore, as Joint Tenants with Rights of Survivorship, evidencing their percentage interest in the Cooperative, and any other incident of ownership arising therefrom (the “Certificate”);
TOGETHER with that certain double wide Mobile Home with VIN numbers: CC6812FLA and CC6812BFLA and Title numbers: 16870323 and 16870324 (the “Mobile Home”).
The street address of the Property is 837 Cane Palm Street, Largo, Florida 33770, and the Parcel Identification Number of the Property is 03/30/15/65684/001/8370.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the Clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
