NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to the Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in this cause in the County Court of Pinellas County, Florida, I will sell the property situated in Pinellas County, Florida, described as:
Condominium Unit No. 708, SEMINOLE-ON-THE-GREEN, CAVALIER BUILDING ONE, a Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof, as recorded in Official Records Book 3612, Pages 143 through 208, and according to the Plat thereof, as recorded in Condominium Plat Book 8, Pages 72 through 75, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, and all amendments thereto, together with its undivided share in the common elements.

Said property is commonly known as 8950 Park Blvd., Unit 708, Seminole, Florida 33777.
The Clerk of the Circuit Court shall sell the subject property at public sale, to the highest bidder for cash, at an online sale through the Clerk of the Court, www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 A.M. on May 7, 2026.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
