NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on the 23rd of JULY 2025, in Case No. 8:24-cv-351-WFJ-AEP, of the District Court of the Middle District of Florida Tampa Division recorded in the Official Records of Pinellas County, at Clearwater Florida, in O.R. Book 23424, Page 553 wherein, U.S. BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR CITIGROUP MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST, INC., MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-AR9, is the Plaintiff. Final Judgment entered in favor of the Plaintiff, against Defendants, JOHN MARK ROESCH; 2427 DEAN STREET LLC; GROW FINANCIAL FEDERAL CREDIT UNION FKA MACDILL FEDERAL CREDIT UNION; PINELLAS COUNTY CONSTRUCTION LICENSING BOARD; UNKNOWN TENANT NO. 1, AND UNKNOWN TENANT NO. 2. Ken Burke Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, the Clerk’s website for on-line auctions, at 10:00 AM on the 13th day of May 2026, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
