NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment in this cause, in the County Court of Pinellas County, Florida, the Clerk of Court will sell all the property situated in Pinellas County, Florida described as:
Unit Number 63-A, of HIGHLAND LAKES CONDOMINIUM VIII, together with an undivided interest in the common elements appurtenant thereto, as shown on plat recorded in Condominium Plat Book 27, Pages 9-11, inclusive, all in accordance with and subject to the Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Records Book 4648, Pages 1770-1820, inclusive, and all amendments thereto, all of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida. With the following street address: 2846 Highlands Blvd., #A, Palm Harbor, Florida, 34684.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on May 14, 2026.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, must file a claim with the Clerk no later than the date that the Clerk reports the funds as unclaimed.
