NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment in this cause, in the County Court of Pinellas County, Florida, the Clerk of Court will sell all the property situated in Pinellas County, Florida described as:
Unit Number F-68, as shown on Condominium plat of MISSION HILLS CONDOMINIUM, according to the Condominium Plat Book 9, Pages 45 through 57 Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida and being further described in that certain Declaration of Condominium filed NOVEMBER 18, 1971 in Official Records Book 3665, Pages 870 through 931, together with such additions and amendments to said Declaration and Condominium Plat as from time to time may be made, all as recorded in the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida; together with the exhibits attached thereto and made a part thereof; and together with an undivided share in the common elements appurtenant thereto, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida. With the following street address: 2942 Feather Drive, Clearwater, Florida, 33759.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on May 14, 2026.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, must file a claim with the Clerk no later than the date that the Clerk reports the funds as unclaimed.
