REVISED NOTICE OF FISCAL YEAR 2026 MEETINGS

The Board of Supervisors (“Board”) of the West Port Community Development District (“District”) will hold regular meetings for the remainder of Fiscal Year 2026 at 12:30 p.m., or as soon thereafter the matter may be heard, at the Punta Gorda Charlotte Library, 401 Shreve St., Punta Gorda, Florida 33950 on the following dates:

April 21, 2026
May 12, 2026
June 9, 2026
July 14, 2026
August 11, 2026
September 8, 2026

The purpose of the meetings is for the Board to consider any business which may properly come before it. The meetings are open to the public and will be conducted in accordance with the provisions of Florida law. The meetings may be continued to a date, time, and place to be specified on the record at the meetings. There may be occasions when Board Supervisors or District Staff may participate by speaker telephone. A copy of the agenda for the meetings may be obtained by contacting the offices of the District Manager, c/o Wrathell, Hunt & Associates, LLC, 2300 Glades Road, Suite 410W, Boca Raton, Florida 33431, Ph: (561) 571-0010 (“District Manager’s Office”), during normal business hours or by visiting the District’s website at https://westportcdd.net/.

Any person requiring special accommodations at the meetings because of a disability or physical impairment should contact the District Office at (877) 276-0889 at least forty-eight (48) hours prior to the meetings. If you are hearing or speech impaired, please contact the Florida Relay Service by dialing 800-955-8770, for aid in contacting the District Office.

Each person who decides to appeal any decision made by the Board with respect to any matter considered at the meetings is advised that person will need a record of proceedings and that accordingly, the person may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, including the testimony and evidence upon which such appeal is to be based.
