Notice is given that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure Damages dated March 25, 2026 and Amended Final Judgment of Foreclosure and Damages dated March 26, 2026 entered in Case No. 2025-CA-919 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Charlotte County, Florida, in which WILMINGTON SAVINGS FUND SOCIETY, FSB, not in its individual capacity but solely as Trustee for Residential Mortgage Aggregation Trust, is the Plaintiff, and ELITE PRIME INVESTMENTS, LLC, et. al., is the Defendants, the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash to be conducted in an online sale at http://www.charlotte.realforeclose.com beginning at 11:00 a.m. on May 13, 2026, in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statutes, the following-described property set forth in said Final judgment of Foreclosure and Damages:
Lot 8, Block 1919, Port Charlotte Subdivision, Section Fifty-Six, according to the Plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 5, Page 70, of the Public Records of Charlotte County, Florida.
