NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed on March 31, 2026, and entered in Case No. 25-CC-2824 of the County Court in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein RIVIERA COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC., is the Plaintiff and ROBERT CASAIS is the Defendant, the Clerk of Court, Crystal K. Kinzel, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash on the 1st Floor Lobby, Collier County Courthouse Annex, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112, at 11:00 AM on April 30, 2026, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 17, BLOCK 9, RIVIERA COLONY, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 8, PAGES 17 AND 18, PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim with the Clerk of Court within 60 days after the sale.
