NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 26, 2026, and entered in Case No. 2025 CA 002774 AX of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee COUNTY, Florida, wherein DATA MORTGAGE INC., DBA ESSEX MORTGAGE, is Plaintiff, and Anne Danner, et al. are Defendants, the clerk, Angelina Angel Colonneso, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 11:00 AM manatee.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the April 29, 2026, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Begin at the Northeast corner of Southwest 1/4 of Northeast 1/4 of Section 11, Township 35 South, Range 17 East, thence run West 443 feet thence South 666 feet for the Point of Beginning, thence East 114 feet, thence North 83.25 feet, thence West 114 feet thence South 83.25 feet to the Point of Beginning, lying and being in Manatee County, Florida; Also described as Lot 7, PARK ACRES, UNIT NO. 1, according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 11, Page 68, of the Public Records of Manatee County, Florida.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than the date that the clerk reports the funds as unclaimed. If you fail to file a claim, you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After the funds are reported as unclaimed, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
