YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that an action to quiet title to the following real property in Sarasota County, Florida has been filed against you:
Lots 1 and 2, Block 1825, Thirty-Seventh Addition to Port Charlotte Subdivision, according to the Plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 16, Pages 4 through 4H, of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida.
