NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 30, 2026 and entered in Case No. 25-CA-004377 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida wherein CARRINGTON MORTGAGE SERVICES, LLC, is the Plaintiff and MICHELLE WEBSTER; TERRY WEBSTER; KRISTIN R. HAINES; WILLIAM M. HAINES; ADMINISTRATOR OF THE U.S. SMALL BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION, AN AGENCY OF THE GOVERNMENT OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA; SERVICE FINANCE COMPANY, LLC; UNKNOWN TENANT #1N/K/A ALISHA MARTIN are Defendants, I, Kevin S. Karnes, Lee County Clerk of Courts, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com at 09:00 a.m. on May 14, 2026, the following described property set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
If the sale is set aside, the Purchaser may be entitled to only a return of the sale deposit less any applicable fees and costs and shall have no other recourse against the Mortgagor, the Mortgagee or the Mortgagee’s attorney.
