NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Final Judgment and/or Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale, entered in Case No. 25-CA-005390 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit, in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein Rocket Mortgage, LLC f/k/a Quicken Loans, LLC is the Plaintiff and Cassandra Stead; United States of America on behalf of the Secretary of Housing and Urban Development are the Defendants, that I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at, www.lee.realforeclose.com, beginning at 9:00 AM on April 30, 2026, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
