You are hereby notified that an Order of Summary Administration has been entered in the estate of THERESA KELLY, deceased, File Number 26-CP-001036, by the Circuit Court for Lee County, Florida, Probate Division, the address of which is 2075 Martin Luther King, Jr. Boulevard, Fort Myers, Florida 33901; that the decedent’s date of death was February 10, 2026; that the only probate asset is a vehicle worth $12,000.00, and that the names and address of those liable for the expenses of the administration of the Decedent’s estate and enforceable claims of the Decedent’s creditors to the extent the Decedent’s estate is insufficient to pay them, as provided in Florida Statutes §733.607(2) are:
